How to Use It – Step-by-Step

1.  Using Instant (One-Click Mode)

  1. Go to the Instant Tab in Sutra Tools.

  2. Click on any of the four quick options:

    • Rows (In Selected Data)

    • Values (In Selected Data)

    • Rows (In Current Sheet)

    • Values (In Current Sheet)

  3. That’s it — duplicates will be highlighted instantly!

2. Using Advanced(Custom Mode)

    1. Switch to the Advanced Tab.

    2. Expand the Highlight Duplicates section.

    3. Choose whether to highlight Values or Rows.

    4. Select where to highlight:

      • Selected Data (manually selected cells).

      • In Sheet (choose from the dropdown).

    5. Choose to highlight with the same color or different colors (up to 50).

    6. (Optional) Toggle Ignore Case if needed.

    7. Click Highlight — done!
